5Love the gold!May 25, 2010
By David Peach
I must admit I was totally and completely addicted to honey before these came along. Now it's even worse. Easily portable and packable, these suckers are awesome! Ingredients are simple, healthy, and effective.

Unless I'm blind I did not see an ingredient list on the product page so here ya go (note that this is the GOLD flavor only):
honey, pure water, potassium citrate, salt, maltodextrin, niacinamide (Vitamin B3), calcium panthothenate (Vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

That's it! Honey for carbs, water to thin it down for easy consumption, salt for lost sweat, and B-Vitamins for the metabolism and immune system. With a taste like real honey, quality ingredients, and a decent price these are a must buy!

Well that's all I've got to say about Honey Stinger Gold Energy Gel, 1.3-Ounce Pouch (Pack of 24)

You will receive a mixture of the following gels GOLD, STRAWBERRY, GINSENG, BANANA,and CHOCOLATE Honey Stinger Gels.
all of the gels include: Honey, pure water, kola nut extract, potassium citrate, malodextrin, Vitamins B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B1.
I'm writing this review because I was actually wondering what made these gels different from regular honey, and nobody else did.

They are good to take on a bike ride, but I've also used spread them on toast in the morning for a quick breakfast. The best part about this product is you don't have to refrigerate them, or have to worry about attracting ants. The packets are well sealed, and I haven't had any problems with storing them in my kitchen cabinets.

5Highly RecommendedMay 28, 2008
By Michael Perge "Yogabear"
Everything I expected from the product, tried all the other gells on the market but they didn't agree with me, used it last week at the Ottawa Marathon, no cramps or side effects after the run. Best price is at this site, don't waste your time going to a local supplier.Honey Stinger Engery gel, Assorted Flavors

5Can't stomach running goos? This is for you.Jul 24, 2011
By Erin N. Patterson "Kikikins"
I'm a distance runner and had a lot of trouble finding a gel product (or any product, for that matter) that I could hold down. GU, Cliff, Hammer, etc., EVERYTHING came back up or made me extremely bloated. I finally resorted to using the KFC honey packs on a recommendation from a friend - and they worked. I found Honey Stingers a years back before they were readily available and ordered them off of their website, as they were much more substantial than the KFC version. I can keep these down, they don't upset my stomach at all, and they are the perfect pick-me-up during a run. As an extra, they taste good and are easy to suck down, After a little research I found that honey is pre-digested by bees, so I guess that's why it works better for me. If the "mainstream" gels upset your stomach or leave a little something to be desired, try these. You can't go wrong.

4Would buy again.Aug 16, 2009
By Shane D. Perry
This gel tastes good and is easy to eat. It is less viscous than Cliff's gels, so it is easier to get it to your mouth from the package. The only problem is that the packets are a little difficult to open compared to Cliff's gel (at least while on a moving bike). All of the different flavors have a nice honey aftertaste.
