Best brown sugar everAug 10, 2011
By Paula The color of this brown sugar is about a shade darker than regular dark brown sugar. The flavor is a bit different from brown sugar in that it seems richer, more complex, and more delicious. I used this in a baked beans recipe and it is by far the best version of baked beans I've ever made. It's also delicious in chocolate chip cookies. I have not tried the dark brown muscovado since this seems absolutely perfect for all my brown sugar needs.

FabulousJan 20, 2010
By davis bonedoc If you enjoy baking treat yourself to this product, especially the dark brown version. This sugar tastes FAR better than supermarket sugar and adds a whole new dimension to baked goods. Just be careful, you won't want to use "regular" brown sugar ever again!
Great! Better alternatives!Oct 09, 2011
By yananjela I like this product a lot. Also look up El Maestro Muscovado on ebay! Their products are awesome as well.
Dynamite Sugar!May 04, 2010
By J. Nadeau This muscavado sugar has the most sublime taste and smell, and has spoiled me completely. I put it in my coffee, and I bake and cook with it. It keeps very nicely in the plastic jars it comes in.
