In 1929, Rose Biggi started Beaverton Foods in the cellar of her farmhouse. To help endure the Great Depression, she began grinding her horseradish crop, bottling it, and selling it to local grocery stores. Through her hard work and perseverance, she not only survived the hard economic times, but also built the foundation for the largest specialty condiment manufacturer in the United States. More than 70 years and three generations later, Gene, her son, continues the hard work and perseverance. This is an excellent honey mustard, great for dipping. Be sure and check your order carefully because my order had some busted bottles and broken seals under the tops that leaked everywhere. Company reshipped the items to me quickly without any hassle.

I purchased the six 10oz bottles of this mustard to share with family members.
We already knew that we liked the taste, but our local stores only carry it in 4oz jars--- which are pretty silly for pretzel dipping (which is what we use it for). At least with the 10oz bottles this size lasts for more than one snack. The taste is great - just a tiny bit "hot".
