You get what you pay for..Apr 23, 2010
By S. Paluch At a price of $13, these speakers will offer just about as much you can expect for the price - terrible sound quality, very limited volume without distortion, zero bass, subject to electrical interference. The pair I bought a couple years ago started developing a very high frequency noise if I left them on for more than 24 hours; the problem is solved by turning them off for awhile.
Great little system for a poor man's budget, but these are probably the worst pair of computer speakers I've ever owned. If you have the dough, pass these up and get something better.
Terrible!Sep 25, 2010
By Music Fanatic These are by far the worst sounding set of computer speakers I have ever heard. Massive distortion with a constant low level buzzing. The cord between the speakers is too short to go across the desk, and the volume is hard to turn. Lastly, the "80 watt amplifier" claim is a flat-out lie. Just to get to normal volume, you have to turn them halfway up. This product is a rip-off.
speaker quality from AmazonJun 06, 2010
By David A. Rudkin The speakers are great and adding thier good looks to my desktop is an assset. My only con is that the lines could be longer to get more seperation. Another two feed of length on the power cord for the elimination of an added extension cord would be useful. The product is great quality at a low price.
