My sisters and I started the GFCF diet about 3 months ago for all six of our children. We each have two children. Anyway, my mother bought these for the children for a snack and I will tell you everyone in my family who has tasted these finds them absolutely addictive. My husband and my brother-in-law now both have to have a can of these every week. They won't even share with my sister and I so we, of course have to buy our own can. lol. Our children can't get enough of them. Seriously the best cookie ever. None of us even liked macaroons before Jennies. Buy them, try them and love them, just know there isn't a patch to get help when you become addicted, but there may be enough of us to start a meeting or two. lol.

I bought these delicious coconut macaroons a couple of days ago at a local natural foods store, and am so happy to see them at Amazon. I hope they will add them to their "Subscribe and Save" program. The ingredients are: unsweetened coconut, honey, and egg whites. The can also states: no synthetic color, no artificial flavor, and no chemical preservatives. It's great to be able to enjoy something so tasty without any dangerous chemical additives. If you buy these, you will not be disappointed!

These macaroons are great! They aren't too sweet and have a good flavor and consistency. We like the fact that they are made with quality ingredients, and tell ourselves that they are a healthy indulgence. They have been on our menu for years.

 What happened trading honey for evaporated cane sugar?Dec 18, 2010

These were my absolute favorite, but my most recent batch lost the honey for evaporated cane sugar. Even my 3 year old noticed the difference in taste. Little does he know the loss was not just in the taste. Please Jennie's tell me it is temporary. I cannot believe Arnold would make that decision.

The product now includes table sugar in addition to honey. Previously, it was just honey. The result is a new product that tastes sugary and undercooked and is probably less healthy. I couldn't eat it, tastes poor.
