I love Jolly Pop. the 100 calorie packs are just the right size and taste great. I am very concerned with sodium intake, so eating this just makes sense. You do need to watch and listen while in the microwave to avoid burning, but I use those minutes up by walking in place.

I purchased this popcorn because of its low-sodium content (95mg/bag). Tastes good, pops well & the individual serving size bag is convenient. For my microwave, I find it's best to take about 15 seconds off the pre-set popping time for the "Popcorn" setting.

This popcorn is so close in content to the Smart Balance popcorn that it is worth it. Expecially since the Smart Balance with reduced salt and oil is so extremely hard to find; and when you do find it ...it is way too expensive.
Good job Jolly Time. I will keep coming back for more.

Great product when you want or need to reduce sodium in your diet. It was easy to pop without burning and had just a hint of salt so I didn't feel deprived. I highly recommend this product.
