A great, economical sugar-free confection!Jan 15, 2011
By Keith E. Robin I am a big fan of sugar-free black current pastilles. I usually buy Grether's, but lately I can't afford them. I found these in a 12-pack at a very reasonable price here on Amazon. I have purchased individual boxes of these and other flavors of Jols and I like them. The pieces are small, but the taste is just the same and they are very affordable. Until I can afford the "gourmet" pastilles, these are my confection of choice!

Jols Sugar Free Pastilles-Black Currant flavorDec 23, 2011

DE-LI-CIOUS. Flavor was surprisingly nice, not overly sweet. And the texture kind of reminded me of Ju-Jubes. And being Sugar Free made them even better. They didn't have that funny taste a lot of Sugar Free candies have. Tasted natural.
Pretty goodJan 05, 2012
By Arty Choke The initial flavor is very pleasing to me. The longer it's in my mouth, the more of the minty taste other reviewers have commented on is noticed. I liked them, but will not purchase again. I tried the forest berry flavor and liked it better.
DeliciousNov 29, 2011
By Diana I've been buying these delicious yummy tasty tidbits for about a year. I take them with me in the car, and enjoy them while driving. Hard to imagine how they've packed so much juicy goodness into such a tiny little pastille. YUM!

Smells like cat urineFeb 20, 2012
By Danielle I like blackcurrant pastilles and was looking for a cheaper alternative to Bach's. However, the flavor was not like any other blackcurrant candy I've tasted, and there was indeed a strange minty flavor. Worst is that my fiance asked if something was moldy, and my mother was alarmed when she smelled me, saying it smelled like cat urine. On second sniff it does indeed smell like a litter box. Very unpleasant.
