I have been eating Seven in the Morning, now called Seven Whole Grain
Nuggets, for a few years now and started having trouble finding it in
my local grocery store. Thank goodness for Amazon! This cereal is
tasty and satisfying. Crunchy texture if you eat it right away, gets
softer if you let it sit in the milk a few minutes. Love it with fruit
on top!

First, I wish they'd change the picture--it's an old one and the boxes look much different now. I requested that they do months ago but they (Amazon) haven't. OK, to the review. Kashi cereals are great but most of them have too much sugar for me. This one doesn't and has so many benefits. It's whole grain and delicious. It's similar to Grape Nuts but without all the junk that Grape Nuts has and it takes so much better. You can eat it plain with milk or I love it in place of a granola topping. In the mornings I eat fruit and yogurt with flax and chia seeds and top with these Kashi Whole Grain Nuggets and viola Healthy Yumminess. It fills one up and lasts for hours.

I was shocked to find out that Grape Nuts are not all whole grain.
Kashi 7 is what Grape Nuts should be - all whole grain, filling and tasty.
I could not find these locally so was pleased to find them available from Amazon.

I was baffled that I could no longer find this in grocery stores. I am so glad that amazon has it. I have a subscription now and I am so happy. I love this cereal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, whatever! It is just delicious. I like it with a little honey or cinnamon. YUM!

This is the morning cereal to keep you going. The non-sweet taste takes some getting used to but I love adding my own fruit or healthy things to go with the great crunch. It's like Grape Nuts, but I think even healthier and Kashi keeps the system regular.
