I prefer Kotex Ultra Thin Pads, Regular, Unscented, 44-Count for regular daily protection but these are good for overnight protection because they are longer. Kotex brand ultra thins are better than other brands I have tried because they feel more like comfortable cotton and not like they are filled with weird chemicals.

ALL ALLERGY SUFFERS BE AWARE! Kotex has added Aloe to their pads. I have always carefully read product labels for Aloe, but did not expect this from Kotex, and brand I had used for many years. I purchased a new package and had no warning until I went to use them. I am disgusted with Kimberly Clark.

It is really thin and I love the cotton like surface...keeps dry all the time. But the back of the pads could be pretty sticky. Some pads(the sticky gel on the back) stick to my underwear and it would be hard to clean. but overall, these pads are much better than others.

My skin is dry and sensitive and I always have allegic after using other brands. This is the only one I don't have this problem. Also I ordered it from amazon.com which I don't need to worry about the supply. However, if they can sell the one with the wings, it will be fantastic.
