Good, but kinda blandJun 24, 2010
By Soulwriterchick I like that this is vegan but it really is rather bland. But no worries. I add some mushrooms, some chopped peppers, and my fave hot sauce and it is wonderfully delicious. There is much you can do with this as your base. Nothing is as comforting as a bowl of hot ramen soup. I have tried the miso one too and it is also pretty awesome.

No MSG Ramen The BestAug 08, 2009

This Ramen is fantastic. I can buy one 2 ounce pack for 99cents at my local store though. Can't understand why this costs so much more, plus you're stuck w/ S&H.

If you enjoy a bowl of ramen noodle soup, but are looking for something healthier, this is for you. I just whipped up some of this with tofu and veggies yeterday. Just make sure not to overcook it, because it'll be less tasty.

Healthiest Ramen I've foundFeb 17, 2010
By Ellie We're vegans and eat very healthy, but occasionally crave some ramen too - most ramen out there contains too much sodium and all sorts of tasty but unhealthy ingredients in the spice packet. Not this one - though yes, the taste is pleasantly mild, it's not as strong as you may be used to from generic brands - it's also organic and much better for you. And if you like to work with what you've got at home to add some flavor, you can easily add a veggie or your own seaweed while it's cooking to take things up a notch. We even put some garlicky kale in last night and it was delicious.
