1NOT happyJul 27, 2011

Can you leave NO stars marked for a rating? We waited since JUNE. 7. and got the pack of 12 boxes today, July 27.

As of last night when I printed out the tracking info for my Mom, it had the picture of and title for, SUN MAID Raisin Muffin Mix.

NOW, we open the package and it's Krusteaz, the photo is Krusteaz NOW, but it still says "Sun Maid Raisin Mix" if I scroll the mouse over the photo AND, it still says "Sun Maid Raisin Mix" on the title.

I am NOT. NOT. Happy. To wait all this time and then it's Krusteaz the Klown junk? No. If I wanted Krusteaz I would have bought it nearly 2 months ago. I wanted the SUN MAID as a gift for my Mother.

I am not happy. Does Amazon not notify people when there is a change of product?

4Tasty But Not As Good As They Used To BeJul 12, 2010

When this product came out a few years ago, the box included the dry mix, as well as a separate pouch of moist raisins. These muffins were a big hit every time I made them, even for our tweener nieces, who usually look at anything bran as "ew gross." Unfortunately, the manufacturer changed the recipe, and now dry raisins are simply incorporated into the dry mixture. I noticed a distinct negative change in the moistness of the muffins. And is it just me, or did the fat content increase? At any rate, still a tasty and relatively healthy option for breakfast. And very easy--and fast--to make.

5Sun-Maid Honey Raisin Bran Muffin MixDec 11, 2009
By Joanna Fredericksburg
Thank you Amazon for carrying this product I found it available when living in Massachusetts, now in Virginia, couldn't find it on the shelves in several stores I visited. Much easier to purchase thru Amazon, a dozen boxes delivered to my door, how good does it get? Thank you again, I use egg whites instead of whole eggs and instead of using oil, use apple sauce and a very healthy muffin will be enjoyed.

5The most amazing muffins!Aug 25, 2009
By Aura
These muffins are not only very tasting but a healthy choice. They have a great nutritional content as well as fiber. They are rich in iron. My nutritionist recommend them. You can have them with your breakfast or just as a snack. You can add some chopped prunes for extra fiber. I just love them. Children love them as well. The best part... very easy to bake!. You need to try them.

5MOST YUMMMISH!!!!Mar 15, 2010

Wow Sun Maid -- you NEVER disappoint!!!

I baked these muffins, even adding pineapple, as suggested on the side of the box -- the muffins (all 12 of them) came out of the oven as scrumptious, semi-moist morsels of perfection, right up to the slightly crispy but still juicy raisins on the tops of each muffin.

They stored well - I eventually put them (covered with foil) in the fridge, and now I am taking the remainder to work with me.

You only need one egg per mix, and some oil or butter, and liquid (in my case I used pineapple juice as liquid) -- it takes very little time to mix (I used a big big serving fork to mix up the batter with) and they pop into and out of the oven in no time.

The price is right and the result is delicious!!!
