I like keeping dried tortellini in my pantry, for those nights that I need something quick to feed the kids. With a little Ragu sauce or a package pesto mix, and some peas or broccoli on the side, it's a decent meal that's ready in 20 minutes.
I bought these Tortellini because they came in a 16 ounce box. I hadn't tried the La Piana brand before, but I am pleased with it. The tortellini cook up al dente in 12-15 minutes, and the large box makes enough for everyone. I ordered the cheese filling but they also come in eggplant/zucchini, squash, and potato/pecorino fillings.
With free SuperSaver shipping on orders over $25, this is a good buy. I will be ordering more.

there is no preservatives as it is written on the box, but is there expiry date written anywhere??
