This mix has a wonderful cinnamon spice flavor. It creates pancakes with a moist, crumbly texture that may or may not appeal to you. I don't think that I have ever had a pancake mix that tastes any better than Lehi Roller Mills Cinnamon Spice Pancake Mix. It comes in a little cloth bag that you may be able to use for some other purpose. The only negative thing I can say about this mix is that it is higher in fat than most. If your focus is on taste (and not texture or fat content), you will love this pancake mix.
