Makes great, easy to make pancakesJul 21, 2011

I really like this pancake mix, it is very simple to make a batch, just add water. The pancakes always come out perfect in my opinion. Much better than that leading brand I used to buy at the supermarket! The pancakes fluff up more, and have a richer taste. I even give the 2 lb. bags in baskets as gifts, because they come wrapped up in old fashion fabric. Note - I have been sent boxes once in error, rather than the bags. As always though, Amazon took care of things. It was still the same mix, just different packaging.
