Our Eco-Farmed rice is grown using a combination of eco-positive farming methods from prior generations and innovations from today. Our highest priorities include improving the soil while protecting the air, water, and wildlife. We return rice straw to the soil after harvest (instead of burning) to enrich the soil and protect the air and the environment. Eco-Farmed rice is grown with limited chemicals, allowing rice to compete with weeds and pests. We practice crop rotation, utilizing nitrogen-fixing crops for soil enrichment. We provide valuable habitat for a variety of animals. For example, migrating waterfowl rest in flooded fields during the winter and in return they help to decompose straw and improve soil fertility. We practice water-conserving irrigation. Lundberg Family Farms does not grow genetically engineered rice varieties. We use only natural pest control systems in our handling and processing facilities. THESE RICE CAKES ARE DELICIOUS AND THEY ARE GLUTEN FREE AND LACTOSE FREE. I LOVE THEM AND TAKE THEM EVERYDAY IN MY LUNCH. THEY DO TEND TO BREAK VREY EASILY WHEN YOU EAT THEM, BUT I THINK THEY ARE TO YUMMY TO CARE ABOUT THAT!

I love to munch on rice cakes. I get the satisfaction of crunching into something without actually consuming a lot of fat and sugar. This Buttery Caramel cake has a particularly good flavor and I can eat as many as I want without feeling guilty.

These are my favorite rice cakes. They are only a little sweet, unlike other brands, and the caramel is not fakey or chemically-tasting, unlike other brands. Sometimes I have just one after a meal, and it really satisfies my sweet tooth, plus fills me up if the meal is really light.
Lundberg Rice Cakes are the absolute best rice cakes you can buy---the best ingredients and the best tasting, too. And at less than two dollars per package, buying them from Amazon is really the only way to go. They cost much more at health food stores.

These things are awesome! I have priced rice cake snacks and for nothing besides value... you cannot beat these. Usually buy for around 25-29 for 12 rolls. say 2.15 each. Most store brands are only 6.5 ounces per sleeve... these are 9.5. AND they taste BETTER! Gluten Free!
Buy these... great snack that is not fattening... so when you have the munchies... these are the snack!
