"Just the facts please"
I broke a pound of linguine in half then cooked it 1 minute LESS than the directions called for. Then I followed the directions on this "Green Olive Pesto" Skillet Toss, using 3 packages, to toss with the pasta. I chilled it when it was finished and served it COLD at a Summer picnic. It was amazingly popular and disappeared fast! Try it at your next event! (Real good served hot, too!)

I have used this Skillet Toss with lots of different add-ins for a variety of dishes---sausage bits ,mushroom/onions, olives and extra cheese.
You might want to try it with other forms of pasta, too. Works well.
Good choice for a hearty meal that doesn't really seem that "last minute".
