I bought McCann's Instant Irish Oatmeal (Maple & Brown Sugar) based on many other good reviews and found them all to be true. The product truly lives up to what other reviewers have said. My wife and I have both enjoyed every pack of the 60 included in the product. I'll definitely purchase it again.

McCANN'S Instant Irish Oatmeal, Maple & Brown Sugar, 10-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)
This is, by far, the best-tasting instant oatmeal available with a firmer texture (not as mushy) than others. The flavors are clean and not too sweet. I've been buying this product for years; it's the only oatmeal my kids will eat. Most markets no longer stock this product.

I purchased this after finishing a 52 packet box of Quaker oatmeal. As you can probably surmise, I like oatmeal a lot. The McCann's oatmeal is the best instant I've ever tried. The texture is creamy and hearty. I've yet to find a stray piece of husk (shell?), which I used to find all of the time in the Quaker packets. The best part is the flavor-- not overly sweet, no chemical-y aftertaste. It's great to find a product that is both so wholesome and so delicious!

I've never been a big fan of oatmeal but I love this stuff! I eat two packets every day before work because it is fast, easy and it fills me up. I used to think Quaker Oats was pretty good but after trying McCann's, I can't go back.
