"hypercritical"
this stuff works quite well as flavor base for most cooked foods - works into sauces and can be blended into meatballs, etc.
it can be viewed as the cooking equivalent of the Mrs Dash series of spices - but at a much lower cost.
as a sodium-free flavor enhancer it is as versatile as most, and works well with virtually all spice additives - adobe, cumin, etc.
