We use lots of pepper.........love the coarse ground. The size lasts alot longer than the small bottles found at the store........in the long run you save money!!

With our large family, I'm always looking for a bargain and food in large containers. McCormick's spices have always been a part of my kitchen and I was delighted to find this product sold in two 1-pound containers with free Super Saver shipping.
The pepper itself is coarsely ground, which gives a nice peppery bite to foods. We prefer it to finely ground pepper. There are no additives or preservatives added, which is something I look for in all foods.
I fill my smaller pepper containers (at the table at at the stove) from these larger ones. I keep the second container in a zip lock bag in my freezer, to maintain freshness until I'm ready to use it.

Good bargain for a good quality product. I don't think the grain size is the problem some people think it is.

The 16-oz unit of Ground black coarse pepper was fresh and arrived well. The double pack however is too much for one household, recommend it be sold in single 16-oz units.
