For those who want to add a little kick to a dish without overwhelming those who may not eat really spicy food then this brand is perfect.
I like my food very spicy, the hotter the better, but when I am cooking for others I have to tone it down and so when I tasted this pepper which in my opinion is weak to mild then I knew it was perfect.
So again for those wanting a little kick without feeling overwhelmed with the urge to drink water to put out the fire in your mouth..... this is it.
Plus you cannot beat the price for all that you get.
Highly Recommend.
