Great for garlic breadJun 25, 2010

I really prefer roasted garlic to garlic powder for making
garlic bread. The after taste for roasted garlic lasts
less than an hour, where as garlic powder revisits me
for hour after hour. Of course, you mileage may vary.
I also plan to use this in recipes which call for garlic.
The back panel says 1/8 teaspoon is equivalent to 1
roasted garlic clove.
