good product, good price. I bake a lot of angel food cakes and cream of tartar is really expensive in those little bottles. I like this product. The top of the jar is big enough to get in a 1 tsp. measuring spoon unlike the little jars which only can have a 1/2 tsp. measuring spoon put in. Also cream of tartar mixed with a little white vinegar is good to clean the glass in your oven door.

I did a little googling before I ordered cream of tartar from Amazon, I know some dealer also sell cream tartar in bag, or in jar but much cheaper. For I am not sure the quality, then I found this one with Macomick label that is for retail.
Comparing store price, it is very good deal, but when I actually received it, the product came with different look, the brand still is Macomick, but it is not for retail, the label is different look, I can't see any text about ingredient, or other text as regular product label. I sent an email inquiring the quality, but no one reply me. Sorry I have to post my complain here.
