We love the 4-pepper blend from Melina's. It is fresh and adds great flavor to meats and salads. We have had increasing difficulty finding good colored peppers locally. We were pleased to find it so easily on Amazon. We will order this again.

Comes in 3 zip-top bags, so you just pour out what you need and close the bag for the next time.
Great taste, and much easier than breaking the top off of the McCormick pepper grinder jars (since the store only sells black peppercorn in refill jars)!

I checked all the pepper blends on Amazon and chose this one. (I try to use more pepper than salt and use a LOT of pepper.) This one is truly terrific and a reasonable price for exceptional quality...fresher and cheaper ounce for ounce than grocery store brands.

I'd read a lot of the other reviews and quite frankly was a little concerned due to all of those who'd said that the peppercorns were too large for some of the grinders. I decided I really wanted a variety of peppers in my grinder and simply got one (grinder) which adjusts to several sizes--but that's for a review of my grinder. All I can say is that these peppers are great. I was quite pleased that none of the peppercorns were too large, and the four-pepper blend is a spicy delicious treat on all the foods over which I usually sprinkle pepper. I recommend it highly with only one qualification: It is true that some of the corns are a bit larger than the familiar (and smaller) black peppercorns--so be certain your grinder is a quality product as well, and has multiple adjustments for grain size. These three bags should well last you a year or more unless you use a lot of pepper--and as pointed out earlier, they are top-notch quality--healthy for you (just read up on health benefits of ground peppers--all kinds) and delicious for us spicy-food lovers.
