Great in flan!Sep 09, 2007
By Samus There are actually two varieties of piloncillo produced-one is lighter (blanco) and one darker (oscuro) If you find this product too weak for your tastes you may wish to seek out the oscuro. This light product is great in flan, sweet potatoes, etc.
