I've been using NOW Foods Apple Psyllium Fiber for several years now, and recently our 21 yr. old son started using it as well. It's mild tasting, and works well in a small glass of orange juice. (My husband prefers taking his in a glass of water.) Just drink quickly so it doesn't thicken. It works through your system fairly quickly and effortlessly. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants/needs a mild digestive aid that really works!
