I purchased this producet because it is PURE and not contaminated with high fructose corn syrup or regular sugar. I found the product to be very tasty and filling. I make a hot cereal and add a little real butter and it is very good. I like it especially as just a snack before going to bed. Oat bran has so many wonderful health benefits and is so much better for you then wheat bran. Give it a try for yourself, you will love the taste. You will also be happy when you see your body healing from the magic of oat bran.
