Does what it is supposed to doOct 11, 2009
By pikkin I am black Caribbean with coarse DRY hair. Moisturizes my hair perfectly without leaving it oily (you know how some oils just sit on our hair). Even tried it on my biracial children's hair and it is not like an oil slick.remeber a little goes a long way...

By D. Zafiriou I really like this for blending with essential oils for my hands. I work with a lot of paper which can really make my hands ragged. This oil makes them feel soft & supple again.
Messy, but otherwise good.Oct 05, 2010
By E. Kerby When this Avocado Oil arrived, the two bottles were shrink-wrapped together, but there were some holes in the plastic. The box that it came in was oily, the plastic was oily, and of course there was oil between (and all over) the bottles. One of the bottles had leaked about 1/4 of the oil and made a mess.
I used this oil for making cold-process soap, and it worked great. I only used one of the bottles, so the other one I've put in a Ziploc bag, in with the rest of my soap-making stuff. It is pretty oily, and I don't want everything else to be oily.
Aside from the packaging issue, I have no complaints! This oil was a pretty good value and it worked great for the soap--it adds conditioning properties, and also contributes to making the soap hard.

Beware of the bottleMar 05, 2011
By P. mittal The review is not specific to the oil but about the bottle that Nature's Alchemy has been using. They are using Recycle code 3 bottles for these oils which is pretty toxic. I wonder why Amazon keeps this item on their website.
