• Pack of 8 12-count tubes (total of 96-tablets)
• Development focused on the three most important aspects for proper hydration
• Dissolves in water and come in a convenient water proof container
• Easy to use and come in various delicious flavors

perfect for rides runs and planerides without the sugar!May 27, 2007
By Lizzy I've always been a sporty person and one of those that buys gatorade/powerade for a ride or run and then I need to dilute it because the taste is too strong and the sugar content is way too high but then I've succeeded in diluting out the electrolytes too! Hmmm. Something better was needed.
I got introduced to NUUN a few months back after I ran into all sorts of issues on a bike ride where I counldn't hold down my usual drink. Since then NUUN's been my saviour for longer rides. I stop, refill bottles with water, drop in a nuun tab and I'm off with a non-sticky and sugar-free drink at the right electrolyte content. Plus using cold water instead of having lukewarm/hot gatorade is SOOO much better! Since getting into NUUN I've never run into hydration issues with NUUN and if it's a hot day then I've always got enough NUUN to keep going. For food I use GU's (for emergencies) and Larabars (for general on-the-go) which means I can manage my calorie intake as needed.
NUUN's also been great for just drinking instead of water at the gym and even at work and the fizzing tab is pretty cool plus easier and less wasteful than all the single serve emergen-c packs I have used in the past. I'm a fan of the Berry flavor most but all are good and the variety helps during longer exercise or plane flights.

4 Good reasons why I LOVE IT!Aug 10, 2010

1. Subtle flavor, so it's not like some sweetened drink that will get you used to craving sweets.
2. No high fructose corn syrup as is found in many electrolyte drinks.
2. 8 tubes with 24 servings each. Technically, that's 192 servings in all, but I use a whole tables so it's more like 12 servings in each tube or 96 servings total.
3. Aside from my running days where I don't wish to stop, I prefer tablets because I can just add cold water when I'm ready instead of carrying around a lukewarm bottle of whatever.
4. EXCEPTIONALLY quick shipping, especially as it ships from a 3rd party. Road Runner Sports even includes a $30 coupon for purchases over $150. Guess where I'm buying my next pair of shoes...

These are great at keeping you hydrated and so much better for you than Gatorade or any other electrolyte drink. I highly recommend the berry ones. Your running will get better the more you drink these.

Won't leave home without it!Jul 27, 2010
By Shawper After trying a sample of Nuun, I knew I wanted an ample supply. I'm not used to the Texas heat & dehydrate easily and unexpectedly, especially with being quite active outdoors. The taste is not sweet so at least you can add sweetener if you find it not sweet enough. I like the tablets instead of powder since powder tends to be difficult to work with on windy days(!) but I do wish the tablets were a bit smaller in size to fit into a narrow water bottle mouth. I just make a point to either buy water with a wide mouth opening or take my own water bottle with me (which I pretty much do at all times). The tablets aren't that hard to break in half to fit in a narrow opening, it's just a bit of a hassle. As far as bringing your electrolytes back up, this is one of the better products that I've tried. The best actually!
