I am so excited about this product!Jan 04, 2007
By Gluten-free Mom I bought this product after seeing it on Amazon. I have tried it in two recipes. It substitutes just like flour. I made the best banana nut bread with it! It is awesome to be able to use a regular recipe without any special instructions and come up with something so good to eat but gluten free. No need to feel deprived! I am anxious to try it in some other recipes.

It made for a better Holiday seasonJan 10, 2007
By Regina Sanders I bought the flour to make cookies for my granddaughter for the holidays. It's been a long time since she had homemade cookies, as I had a hard time finding a wheatfree flour that didn't need other ingredients added to it to make it work like all purpose flour. I could not tell the difference between the cookies I made with Organ flour and the ones made with all purpose flour. I look forward to making other recipes for her using this flour.

The BEST gf flour out there!Feb 15, 2009
By T. Purnell I have tried every type of gf flour there is. This is the closest thing to wheat flour I've found. I tested it out on a heavier cake. My cake rose to the point I was afraid it was going to spill over the edge! Definitely something I didn't expect. This is the BEST gf flour!!!

Excellent product.Aug 05, 2009
By Monica Trzaska My husband is Celiac, and I've been changing all the "normal" recipes that I have for gluten free recipes, including cakes, cookies and bread. I've tried this flour to subsitute regular self raising wheat flour and it has given me excellent results. I even made Panettone for las Christmas!!! I recommend it very much.
reliable flour replacementFeb 04, 2011
By L. Thompson I got a case of this and had very good luck making basic pancakes/ waffles/cornbread/ bananna bread even puff pancakes with it. I substituted it the same amount for wheat flour. It has no strange 'tastes'. It has a nice consistency - I did not like the bits of almond in the Pamela's brand of GF flour. I did not have good luck making basic white bread with this....yet! I am ordering another case because I was very happy - and also my kids 3 and 5 - with this flour.
