 Love these bars!Jan 23, 2010

I actually bought these bars because of several medical conditions I have (celiac spru being one of them) and was looking for something that I could eat - lucky for me these are fantastic. I carry several in the car with me and I take one to eat everyday midmorning. I don't know what I would do without Amazon on-line shopping. I haven't been able to find anyting similar in Reno, NV where I live. I can't eat fruit (except for dates - it's odd) so that eliminates a lot of the gluten free bars out there right away. If these bars ever go away I don't know what I will do - cry until the end of the world I guess. Hopefully Oskri will continue to make these fantastic bars forever!!!!!!!

I love these bars. I just wish they would eliminate the confusion over their products. Oskri only has a few products that are organic. If you read the reviews of their various products, you start to see that many people believe they are getting organic. They would have gotten five stars for the Flax Seed Bar if they dropped the Organics from their name OR if all of their products were truly organic.

It is really nice to be able to have healthier snacks available and Oskri products have really impressed me. I love the taste of these bars and it is so convenient to have these individually wrapped so that I can carry some in my car and keep at work. Because I feel best on carb-reduced foods, admittedly it does have more carbs than I'd prefer; however, the sugars are from natural sources so it is better than refined sugars. And I've learned that it is much better to have healthier smaller-portion options available for those times when I do get hungry so these Oskri bars fit the bill for that. It is MUCH better than driving through a fast food place or going to a vending machine.
Oskri allows me to be pro-active in trying to keep eating healthier.
In addition, this company is taking steps toward being environmentally-friendly which is a bonus. So, in a nutshell, the bars taste really good, have healthy ingredients, are convenient, help me to be pro-active in my eating habits and are helping out the environment. Lots of good things going with purchasing these products.

I love that these are available on Amazon. They're a very good snack. They aren't sweet, but are a bit difficult to chew. I love that the ingredients are natural and it's a good-tasting, very filling snack for its size. The flax seeds do tend to get stuck in my teeth and I need to brush after I eat them.

Sorry to say this but while I am eating this I get the impression that this must be what a bird taste when eating treats from it's feeder. It's not horrible, but it not enjoyable either. I won't be ordering this again, but it might meet other's taste.
