This is the easiest way to make banana bread that taste like it is from scratch. Just add one banana to the mix and everyone thinks you baked it from scratch! great for gifts! YUMMY Too!!! Not sure what to do with old ripe bananas? Get this mix and what a treat!!! SOO EASY!!

I love the fact that this works nicely in my breadmaker.
I stirred the ingredients together and added them to my machine. Then, I set the machine on "Quick Bread." And I went off to a Community Event.
When I returned home, it had baked and was still on the "warm" setting. It was moist and warm, and with a little butter was a treat made in heaven. This is one I will be keeping in the cupboard for company and emergencies. Well, emergencies like a snowstorm when I need comfort food around the house. :-)
NOTE - because you use eggs, you can't do the quick bread overnight.

I like to make banana bread from scratch when possible, but this box is a very tasty bread to make when you're in a hurry. It is flavorful and moist, as a good banana bread should be. Doesn't taste dry or artificial. Another heckuva deal that is very affordable with Amazon Prime. Make some quick loaves for your neighbors too!

For years I have loved Pillsbury Quick Breads. We moved from Chicago to a small town and now can't find them except at Christmas time. So I ordered a nice supply! I highly recommend this product and also the timely shipping by amazon.com.
