This stuff is great. This is the second pack of 6 I have purchased. The gold dash flax seems to be less noticeable then the regular when added to food/recipes. I put ground flax on my son's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Both boys don't even notice it when I use this gold dash flax ! I also use it in my pancake batter, muffins, waffles, etc.

I understand and truly believe in the benefits of flax but in usage I have always not liked to have the pure seeds for putting in yogurt on in salads but this is ground cold-milled which gives actually two great benefits.
1. Long shelf life by bottles show 2013 - April due to cold milled
2. Pre-ground, just add litterally a 'dash' and you are set.
Each serving has 200mg of Omega 3 and 50mg of Omega 6 great for the digestion and lowering cholesterol.
This is really a great product and easy delivery to things that I use flax in like salads, cereal, fruit.

Great product, good price, fast shipping. This product retails in stores for a much higher price, and that's if you are lucky enough to find it! This was a great deal and I would highly recommend this seller to all.
