This is my favorite cereal and I thought this offer was a great bargain... until I got the delivery.
The boxes are half the size of that sold in stores. My mistake, I suppose, because I didn't check the size of the box in my cabinet, but I have never seen cereal in this small box so never gave it a thought. The picture looks exactly like the larger size. Turns out not to be a bargain after all.
So be aware of the size of these boxes before you order. They are 14 ounces and the boxes found in stores (where I shop at least) are 28 ounces. I won't order this product from Amazon again.
Otherwise, delivery was prompt and everything in good condition.

As the first reviewer reported, and for some unfathomable reason, many stores are now carrying only the down-sized box. This smaller, 14oz version costs the same at Safeway as the 28oz they no longer stock. Plus, they've down-sized the ingredients, as well, and ruined the flavor. Ugh! I couldn't find any almonds and the oat mixture tasted like elementary school paste. Very sad turn of events!

This product is sent as 6 boxes packaged together. The problem is that 4 of the 6 boxes had tape holding the box closed which suggests tampering. I figured it wasn't worth shipping everything back - had no time to do that. I don't know what to do with the 4 boxes but I haven't opened them. From now on I will purchase at the food store where I can see whether or not the box is taped together. The granola itself is excellent and I think is a very good product.

You'll note that the item ordered and paid for was Quaker 100% Natural Granola Cereal, which I enjoyed "every day" for breakfast since 1990 until a couple of years ago when Albertson's sold its store to Homeland. Since the "merger" I've not been able to locate this "cereal of m choice." A month or so ago it occurred to me to order 100% Natural on line, which I attempted to do. Unfortunately, I did not receive 100% Natural Granola Cereal; rather, I received Quaker Natural Granola, oats and honey (6 boxes, each 14 oz). Note the similarity of titles, making it understandable as to how and why the shipper got the two confused. I do like this granola, but not as well as the 100% Natural, one of the differences being the texture. It seems to me the 100% Natural is crisper and in larger chunks, which is a bit counter-intuitive, as I would think that a product labeled primarily as "granola" (as received) would be crisper and chunkier than a product that's labeled as a "cereal."

This is by far my favorite cereal, but the price on Amazon is pretty steep. I am better off purchasing these when they are on sale at my local grocery store.
