Yummy.Jun 04, 2008
I know it is hard to think of anything bran being delicious, but I love this stuff. I use it as a meal replacement at night when I want to shed a few pounds. It fills me up, tastes great, and is so good for you. Within no time, I've lost a little weight.

A bit bland; boxes broken during transportJul 25, 2011
By Craig Jackson This oat bran cereal is a bit starchy. It tastes a little starchy and it cooks kind of lumpy. That said, it is good. I just recommend other brands. Also, several of the boxes, even though they were bound by shrink wrap, were broken and leaked cereal. It wasn't a whole lot. But I still had to transfer the cereal to Ziploc bags.

Wonderful for several usesFeb 20, 2011
By Enid Bran is widely used in chow for cows, buffaloes, goats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, and the plain bran tastes fodderish to my palate. That said, Quaker's bran works fine for a meal replacement in the evening so you can feel full and shed weight. For my part, I can take it with some tabasco and butter. Also, the Oat bran muffin recipe on the back of the box makes wonderful muffins, I added raisins to pack it with flavor and they are moist and make a wonderful breakfast take- on -the- run snack. Another way to make them healthy is use olive oil in place of vegetable oil.

Quaker Oat Bran CerealSep 27, 2010

I use Quaker Oat Bran to make muffins and have for years. The stores around my house have, for some reason, discontinued carrying this product. After searching many grocery stores, I searched for it on-line and found it. I purchased several boxes of Quaker Oat Bran and am happy to report they arrived within a few days. I will continue to order this from Amazon if I cannot find it here.

I've been using Quaker Oat Bran Hot Cereal to make fat free no sugar added Oat Bran raisin muffins for 3 years now. It no longer is available at Walmart where I live, so finding it on Amazon was a great blessing. Quaker Oat Bran Hot Cereal makes the best tasting muffins in the world. And these muffins are so easy on my digestion, I no longer have heart burn thanks to eating 3 Quaker Oat Bran Raisin muffins every morning for the past 3 years. Thanks Amazon!!
Update July, 2010, My overall colesterol is 187
