Delicious and a great dealFeb 18, 2009

I picked up 2 cases of Reese Artichokes on a Friday Sale. These and Reese Artichoke Bottoms, 14-Ounce Cans (Pack of 12). Both were well worth what I paid at an average of $.99 a can, compared to $3+ in my local grocery store.
These are great chopped up and added to salads, but another great idea is as a topping for baked chicken.
In a bowl combine 1 can of chopped artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup shredded parmesan, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Then in a baking dish lay out boneless skinless chicken breasts and top with artichoke mixture. Bake at 375*F until juices run clear. Delicious and easy!

Good value, favorite productOct 24, 2008
By Toscadiva For the first time I tried this extra small size of Reese artichoke hearts and was pleased by the convenience. I often add them to "white" pizzas and pasta salads, couscous and frittatas and I am able to use them right from the can, no cutting needed. The quality is the same as the larger ones and they are less work for these uses.
Great Deal When on SaleApr 18, 2009
By NoSpam I was lucky enough to catch these on a Friday sale here at around $1/can.
These "Extra Small" artichoke hearts are about 1" in diameter, and are even good to eat plain as a snack. It's fun to peel the little "leaves" off one at a time. I always rinse them before eating.
They would be great for pizza or pasta - I like to saute fresh zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, onions and garlic in EVOO, add the halved or quartered artichoke hearts, then season with oregano, basil & parsley (preferably fresh), then toss with some whole wheat rotini or penne Or I use that mixture as a pizza topping. Mmmm, that's making me hungry!
BTW, The can's are very convenient with the pull tab top - no can opener required.
Bottom Line: I highly recommend buying these when they are on sale (though it's unlikely they'll ever go that low again!), and wish I had bought more than one case. Yum!
BEST ever!Feb 19, 2009

This is the first time I've gotten a case of artichoke product without one single 'rust' spot on the can! Did Reese update the factory? Lovers of Reese products are probably familiar with the occasional spotted can (does not affect quality of product, but creepy nonetheless)but these were pristine! Not to mention the perfect size to top a salad or pizza without cutting up. Drain and serve these petite morsels, no muss no fuss.
