Roland Cocktail Onions are tiny, boiled onions packed in glass with a screw top lid and have a count of 35-42 per jar. They have a typical milky white color. They offer a firmness of texture which they will retain even after the jar is opened. Roland Cocktail Onions combine a sweet onion taste with the tart acidity of vinegar so that they compliment several drinks and dishes. This is our retail size ideal for very limited or small end-users. Sizing is 12-14 MM. Roland Cocktail Onion are used straight from the jar. They are typically not reheated but used cold or at room temperature.
