Roasted Hazelnut OilOct 13, 2010

When I purchased this item, I was under the impression that the oil was in fact cold pressed oil. When I received the item it says Roasted on the can, I am very unpleased with the product as I needed this oil for facial cleaning. Amazon's customer service number or contact information is hidden to patrons and I feel that it is quit sneaky. I attempted to try to return the item and I have still not received my password reset that I sent almost five days ago which would have put me within the 30 day window to return. I have never been unpleased with an item before but I have made note of this issue for future online purchases from Amazon.
