I was looking at many different companies that have the whole wheat pearl couscous (israeli couscous), and I found that ROLAND is the most qualified company, and even 10 lb is a bit big quantity, but I don't regret because I saved money and the product last for a long time, also it is healthy and can be used mainly for breakfast and dinner, and as a quick recipe, broil what you can eat in the water (don't put too much) till it is absorbed, then add some milk (organic is preferable for complete healthy meal) then heat it,now you have three options, enjoy it as it is, add some salt (organic), or some honey (organic) if you want it sweet, instead of honey you can use maple serup (organic). ENJOY

It took a while to get used to the slightly chewier texture of the whole wheat product versus regular, but after 2 tries I got the right mixtures of stock and seasoning to go with the couscous. Our kids (2 and 7) love this stuff, they can't get enough of it and it's also healthy for them.

I bought the Israeli couscous and it was delicious, far more so than "usual" couscous. I am subscribing to it
automatically, which you can do for 2,3 or 6 months. It also arrived very quickly.

Service was good. However, one bag had been ripped somewhere either in transit or before being sent. Not knowing where this happened is a little disconcerting. Package was re-wrapped in plastic when shipped. Packages are so heavy that I decided not to return them. A note of explanation would have been helpful. The actual product, however, is great!
