1gone badDec 13, 2008
By Cindy
I was wondering why these were so much cheaper than the others. I thought fruits were picked and canned at the peak of freshness. This is from the last of the crop that had gone bad, but they added extra sugar to mask it.

4Segments and Smaller PiecesAug 12, 2009
By Alan in Idaho "Alan"
The batch I got were good, but many segments were broken into smaller pieces. Still, not bad for fifty cents a can. Packed in light syrup in can that requires can opener to open. Good flavor.

1HORRIBLEDec 17, 2010
By Susie
I ordered 2 cases and already received one. Every can was dented. I wish I had read the reviews earlier because another customer had the same problem. AMAZON should discontinue this distributor. I know from my experience and the earlier feedback about dented cans that my case that is in the mail will be dented also. Not little dents. Big dents.

1NOT Whole Segments!!!May 25, 2010
By Lynrie "Oh HELL no"
There's a problem that the cans of "WHOLE segment mandarin oranges" advertised ARE NOT what arrives. Cans of SEGMENTS arrive AND the ingredients list BROKEN segments. To add insult to injury over half of the case of cans are dented. It looks as though they came packed from the factory TO AMAZON that way. The boxes from neither AMAZON nor the vendor were beat up.

AMAZON Customer Service sent out a replacement overnight, replacement had the same problems. Called Customer Service so the situation can be corrected at the source.

I do not use dented cans.

2Made in ChinaApr 02, 2010
By JNobi "Jimmy"
I don't know how everyone feels about products from China, but I am getting sick of seeing "Made in China" on everything we buy. But I draw the line when it comes to food from China! Especially with all the recalled items that were deemed unsafe, so I don't hold much faith on their food safety. Amazon please list the country of origin on food items because if I knew these oranges were from China, I would not have bought them!
