Very good olivesJul 05, 2008
By M. Dougherty Olives arrived intact, they are in a plastic barrel like container not a bag. They are delicious I am happy with the transaction.

I Can't Believe I Ate The Whole Thing....Jan 31, 2009

Well, there is still plenty of these tasty morsels left and they're well preserved in this sturdy, tightly-lidded tub. There is no doubt that this is an amazing value. Olive lovers unite and share; those with cavernous fridges can rest assured of a never-ending personal supply.

Good value, but order them aloneJul 20, 2010
By Phaedrus Olives are tasty and an excellent value. The jug, however, can leak a bit if laid on its side - in other words, it really needs to be shipped "This End Up", but it's
not. Mine arrived with some olive brine leaked into the box and onto the book I ordered at the same time. Nothing catastrophic and the olives were fine, and the damage to the book wasn't worth fussing over...but if you want anything else besides olives I recommend putting the olives on their own order.

Great olives, great price.Jan 20, 2011
By Beth A. Peck These are just as good as any other kalamata olives I've bought at the store, and SO much cheaper! I only wish they came pre-sliced, but hey, I'll take them. It takes me maybe a year to eat them all, but they last great. Will be buying again soon!

DecentDec 11, 2010
By Colette Vallee I have bought other olives from Amazon that came in a big plastic bag and I think I preferred the flavor of those. While these olives are good, there is something a little off about the flavor. Before using I find that if I rinse off the brine they taste better. I do like that they are pitted - it makes adding olives to just about anything very easy.
