That's a lot of artichoke hearts!Jan 30, 2011

Yes, there are a LOT of artichokes in each one of these cans. More than can possibly be used it seems. However, they freeze very well. I split each can up into 6 seperate freezer bags. This gave me approximately the amount that is normally in one of those grocery store cans per bag. The grocery store cans typically cost more than $3 each so buying them this way is a huge savings. Especially when they are on sale and you buy them via subscribe and save. And their good. Very tasty and tender. Definitely a high quality product and I would not hesitate to buy them again.
