 Coffee shots for those that hate coffee!Sep 18, 2008

I have been trying to stop drinking energy drinks but find it hard since I work the night shift and hate coffee.
I was given one of these and mixed it in with chocolate milk and it works!!
I used to drink Monster energy drinks and they work for about 1-2 hours. This product was mixed in with chocolate milk and worked for 4 hours.
There is a limit of 2 per day, but 1 works for about 4 hours so 2 should be good.
I highly recommend it since it can be mixed in with something other than coffee.
Taste wise; there is also a sweet tasting one that also goes well with other drinks. I did not notice the difference in taste when mixed in with chocolate but I can't say the same for other drinks.

I was hoping for espresso-strength coffee, but its more like regular black coffee. They do add caffeine, so it is useful for that.
And as others have pointed out, the product description inaccurately describes the order as having 200 servings, but it contains 24x6=144, as the product name correctly states.
Also not sure why they have a warning about only consuming 2 a day. A regularly brewed 12 oz. black coffee has roughly the caffeine equivalent of at least 4 of these shots.

Stoks... love them !!! These little containers are just like a shot of espresso, if you need a boost just pour one in your coffee. This is an excellent deal also, I was purchasing mine off of Ebay because I could no longer get them at Price Chopper and buying them right from the Stoks website was way too expensive.

I love this little product. I use to grab them when I would get coffee at the gas station. I then found out that I could buy them for home use. They are perfect for adding a little kick to your coffee at home. I do not notice a change in taste. Just a great product.

I agree with many other buyers - the expiration is too soon.
I just opened a pack and didn't even think of an expiration until I looked at other reviews. My 144 shots will expire in 4 months - just before the near 5 months these shots would last me using 1 per day (and I don't have coffee *every* day...).
I do suppose using them just slightly beyond the expiry date isn't a horrible thing. I guess I'm lucky mine should last 4 months....
No cons here other than that. Tastes great, no real need to use extra cream/sugar. I use them with instant cappuccino mixes since they lack any real dose of caffeine.
