This is a great additive to coffee. Twice the caffeine in one cup (fewer trips to the bathroom!) I have hypersomnia (always tired and can fall asleep anytime!) And this product helps with that. This is great if you need that extra zip to get going in the morning (or anytime for some of us!) Now I don't think I can go without it. I'm going to have to order another case soon!

These are basically the same as the original just with a sweet taste which is easier to drink. When adding too many to a drink they will begin to taste very bad so I dont recommend that. Though these come in only 40 mg shots they are suffice for most people. If you are use to the kick of an energy drink these won't do much unless you take a couple more than recommended. I am not very caffeine sensitive anymore so sometime I have to add about five to get some affect from it. Like I said the average person should probably stick to less than that of course. I never was much of an energy drink drinker even though I might have a couple of the Full Throttle coffee energy drinks from the store a week but not really that much. I looked at the caffeine contents and for the whole can its about one hundred and twenty. Now I have these shots and its a lot cheaper than the purchase an over two dollar can of a energy drink. I just add it to my cups of coffee through out the day. I work third shift so I am ready to go by the night. I would say the best advice is to see what you can handle first and don't over do it to the point you feel your heart beating or your mind feels overly alert and you become jittery. My advice for caffeine is it should not be a substitute for a good night of sleep. If you need an extra pick me up than this is the best cheapest way to go.
