4Almost vegetarianSep 09, 2009

It's always a risk when you can't see the whole ingredient list before you buy. Just so you know, the flavor packet does contain hydrolyzed gelatin - so it's not totally vegetarian. But if you can live with that, there are no meat flavors in it.

4Tasty soupAug 14, 2010
By BonesighNYC
This soup is very tasty. The broth has almost a bit of "spicy" taste to it. Easy to prepare, and filling. My wife and daughter like this soup as well. Sometimes I even prepare it in the morning and bring it to work for lunch in a stainless Thermos. What happens is that the Ramen noodles absorb all of the broth and you end up with flavored Ramen noodles...very tasty! The negative about this product is that it is fairly high in sodium, and the flavoring is not all natural. But for an occasional meal, why not?

Perfect bachelor food - quick and easy. Really tasty compared to top ramen noodles. You can tell the seasoning is extremely sodium laden.

5The fridge is empty....Aug 30, 2011
By Jay J. Joseph "Gara"
My favorite comfort and fallback food. Extremely tasty and a very long shelf life, which makes owning a case of each flavor a little easier. Do yourself a favor and serve the noodles unbroken and boiling hot. Slurping your food has a bit of a negative image in the west but trust me that's the way to eat these.

I was initially an original and beef flavor only fan of Sapporo Ichiban but for some reason the Miso really took hold of me after eatting a few over the months. It's high in sodium so it's not a great everyday item but if you like ramen you can't go wrong with Sapporo Ichiban Miso flavor.

I got this ramen because I was sick of the chicken and beef flavor ramen I had been eating for so long. I also wanted to make this cute Asian girl I knew think I was really into the same things she was, like Chinese food. It tastes good. The seasoning packet is probably double the size of the ramen I am used to, and has more vegetabley bits in it. It's a good thing.
