Nowhere in the item description or reviews does anyone mention these are just flavor packets. If you click on the picture of the product and look very close, you can read it on the box, but I think it should be mentioned in the description. I personally don't think they're all that great, but if you're just looking for a flavored powder to add to your coffee (you still have to use a pod in addition to this), you will probably be satisfied with this.

"Almost skinny"
I have a Senseo system that I really enjoy, so I thought this product would be a nice addition to the coffee. When I read the ingredients, I was afraid that it would be too sweet. There is no sweet taste at all..as a matter of fact, there is absolutely no taste at all. All this product does is add calories to my coffee. I would not recommend this product.

As a big fan of the Senseo pod, I purchase these to explore their brand. These are not STAND ALONE coffee pod - you mix these pods in with a single coffee pod, to obtain the desired flavor. I've found that their are not at all like a "barista" quality drink, though - more like turning your coffee into a powered hot chocolate. IMO, not worth the price, hassle, or the extra calories.

Might as well buy Hot Chocolate mix - it would be cheaper and would serve the dual role of being just hot chocolate.
They add flavor, and the flavor is "ok". I would use about half a pack for a 7oz cup.
I too was under the impression these would be a flavored pod until I received them and saw they were just a mix.
They do also smell good.

I love this flavoring for my coffee. I wouldn't want it every time I want coffee but it's great for an afternoon treat. I only use half the package at a time and it's plenty.
