I originally bought this on a trip to Vermont and now I can't live without it. It's perfect on oatmeal. Sprinkle it on winter squash, add a pinch of salt and bake. For cooking and baking, it can't be beat. It's real maple, so a little goes a long way. If you like the flavor of maple, you'll love it. After all, it's the real thing...just maple syrup with the liquid removed.

I use this product on my homemade shortbread for a hint of maple sweetness and everyone loves it.
It is also great on toast or pancakes with butter and to sprinkle in the holes of waffles.

Having been tested for food intolerance and discovering I have a severe intolerance to cane sugar, maple sugar is an excellent substitute (albeit expensive) for cane sugar. I have used Shady Maple Farms and find it adds the sweet taste I desire. I do not find it to have a maple flavor, so I do not use it to impart flavoring, but as a sweetener it works perfectly well.

What more can I say? Cannot find them elsewhere, but Amazon
