I first discoverd the Smithers Chicken Broth concentrate around 10 years ago during a month plus long hospital stay and was on a liquid diet for most of the time. I didn't care that I couldn't have solid food as this stuff is soooo tasty! Over the years I have been hosptialized on numerous occasions and I actually look forward to this stuff. I like it so much I buy it for my home! A word of advice though, it takes two packets to get a large styrofoam cup of hot water the right strenghth. Also you will have to get past the fact that you squeeze the thick jelly-like concentrate out of the packet like fast food jelly. Get over it and stir it up and enjoy. Makes a great late night snack or early morning pick me up.
