It is not technically meat and dairy free as they say, but has the usual fermented fish sauce, which is quite a jolt for vegetarian taste buds. It doesn't come with fork or container but the two bags can pour straight to a large dinner plate and heat up even uncovered. If you let it sit a few minutes after the 2 min microwave it will really take it to a higher level of goodness. because the rice needs the time to sit in the sauce and open up.

This is an excellent product. It takes no time at all to prepare and you can add several types of vegetables, chicken or shrimp to make it a full meal. Large shrimp and green vegetables recommended.

This is the best ready-to-heat Thia green curry out there - and I've tried them all. The red curry is superlative too! They come ready to microwave and eat...plastic container, fork and all. Great for work. When you haven't the time and convenience for takeout, this is the next best thing. But it has advantages over takeout - it stores for months and packs easy in any work bag with no mess. My local store used to carry it, but stopped and broke my heart, so now I order it online.
