This is the best sprouted flax on the market. It tastes delicious in yogurt, and I have baked with it.
My daughter loves this stuff, and it has greatly improved the health of her skin.

These flax seeds are just great!! I have been using them in Yogurt for almost a week now (Plain yogurt, flax seeds and truvia). I have already noticed great improvements in my energy and my skin. They taste great as well!
