I love this stuff...tastes way better than regular brown flaxmeal, slightly sweet. The company makes this product with high standards and high quality. Nutritious for the body all around, with a good source of fiber, omegas, and sprouted-benefits!

This product is really good. It has a nutty taste and a little crunch. I have been using just the dried ground seed, but this is sprouted and ground and is so much tastier. I use it on my peanut butter toast in the morning.

THis product is hard to find but is best for smoothies. It has a banana nutty flavor this tastes too good to be so healthy.

Flax we all know is good for you. Sprouted flax, even better. At this price, I order several at a time because the shelf life is in years (as if I would keep it that long!). After some research, I found a good company, great product and thanks to Amazon, a super price!

I listened to Dr. Oz and add this to my green smoothie every morning. My cholesterol numbers (especially HDL) had my doctor asking me what I had changed! Love that it is shelf-stable and doesn't need refrigeration.
